Refund Policy 

At SS Infoserve, we are committed to delivering professional digital and IT services with transparency and integrity. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to the Company may or may not be refunded.

1. Nature of Services

SS Infoserve provides digital services including but not limited to:

  • Website Development

  • SEO Services

  • Digital Marketing

  • Paid Advertising (Google/Meta Ads)

  • Software / IT Solutions

  • Consultation Services

All services are service-based and time-bound professional engagements. Results may vary depending on multiple external factors beyond the Company’s control.


2. Advance Payments

All advance payments, booking amounts, retainers, or setup fees are strictly non-refundable, as they cover:

  • Resource allocation

  • Research & planning

  • Strategy development

  • Team engagement

  • Initial execution costs

Once work has commenced, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances.


3. No Guarantee Clause

Digital marketing, SEO rankings, ad performance, and traffic growth depend on market conditions, platform algorithms, competition, and user behavior. Therefore:

  • SS Infoserve does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or ROI.

  • Dissatisfaction due to performance expectations does not qualify for a refund.


4. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client cancels a project:

  • Before work begins: Refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges (minimum 30%).

  • After work has begun: No refund shall be applicable.

  • After project completion or delivery: No refund shall be granted.


5. Third-Party Expenses

Payments made toward:

  • Domain registration

  • Hosting services

  • Paid advertisements

  • Software licenses

  • API integrations

  • Third-party tools

are non-refundable, as these are payable directly to external providers.


6. Subscription / Retainer Services

For monthly retainers (SEO, Ads Management, Social Media Management):

  • Fees once paid for the month are non-refundable.

  • Cancellation must be communicated at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.


7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds, if any, shall be solely at the discretion of SS Infoserve management and will be processed only in genuine cases of service non-delivery (where no work has been initiated).


8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to refunds shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, it shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and governed by the laws of India.


9. Policy Updates

SS Infoserve reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
